Final Push

With the Freddy section edited, I’m only left with 4 sections to edit before I can start tightening up the video. This excites me as I’ve been working on this video for way too long.

A couple of days ago I was editing footage and came across this clip.

The dialogue is worth a laugh or two.

Also, I edited a retrospective montage from all the mess around footage from the King Street Parking Lot, so check that as well.

I’m about halfway into the base edit for the wub tour. It’s going slow, which I chalk up to the time of year, and the scale of the video. It’s so hard to make it work.

Either way, I’m pretty stoked on what I have so far, and the weather getting nicer. Got two clips to put up today.

SkatePerception’s 2008 Montage

Well since the beginning of November, I’ve been working on SkatePerception’s annual montage. All of November was spent receiving footage. I started sorting through the approximately 900 clips that were sent in December as well as working through draft stages of edits. By January I had something solid, after that, a promo, and intro titles and credits were needed. A date was set, January 16th, and the pressure was on. the last two nights before the montage was released were late ones, but it all worked out, and now I can move on to working on the Wub Tour 08 Video.
